Information for International Students

Because our education transcends international boundaries, students can get the full Purdue experience without the additional expense of travel and a visa. We welcome international students and the diverse perspectives and experiences they bring to the virtual classroom.

International applicants must provide the following information during the application process, in addition to the materials outlined on the Admissions page:

  • Official university transcripts or diplomas, in the original language and in English translation
  • For those with an undergraduate degree from a non-U.S. institution of higher education, results of an 
official Graduate Record Examination (GRE) general aptitude test that is less than five years
 (requirement varies by program)
  • TOEFL, IELTS or PT Academic score
