In COM 62511, you’ll learn how to create an effective questionnaire and explore the interviewing techniques to obtain the data, as well as the statistical tools to analyze it.
In COM 62511, you’ll explore what questions belong in a questionnaire and why. You’ll learn to identify different interview techniques and know how to use the data you gather to create more effective strategic communications. You’ll gain knowledge in pilot testing, delivery techniques, and the use of charts and graphs to describe and visualize your data. As you explore sampling techniques, you’ll discover the benefits of old and new methodologies.
