Dr. Kaiser is an experienced educational technology and instructional design professional with over ten years of experience in both education and business environments. Over the past decade, Dr. Kaiser has both designed and taught many courses in these fields as well as worked as an instructional designer in the banking industry. Currently, she serves as the Academic Program Manager for the Master of Education program at Post University in Connecticut. Her professional interests include e-learning design, emerging educational technology tools, collaborative learning in online environments, personal learning environments and e-portfolios for assessment, and social networking strategies for education professionals.
