Dr. Kaiser is an experienced educational technology and instructional design professional with over ten years of experience in both education and business environments. Dr. Kaiser served as the Academic Program Manager for the Master of Education program at Post University in Connecticut and is currently working as a Learning Design Specialist for Herzing University. Her professional interests include e-learning design, emerging educational technology tools, collaborative learning in online environments, personal learning environments and e-portfolios for assessment, and social networking strategies for education professionals.
