Dr. Reyes-Paulino is a performance and learning professional with over a decade of international experience working with academic, business and nonprofit organizations in the areas of faculty development, learning technologies, learning design, distance learning/e-learning, program management, and organizational and leadership development. She has been creating engaging learning experiences and teaching diverse adult learners since 2001. With both a Ph.D. and a Master in Learning Design & Technology from Purdue University, she is also the co-founder of Sunshine in a Backpack, a social enterprise that develops holistic leaders through mentoring partnerships with youth. Dr. Reyes-Paulino has served as Chair of the Analysis track and proposal reviewer for the International Society of Performance Improvement Conference.
