Dr. Senbetta has held several leadership positions in learning & development, change management and knowledge management at BP America, Inc., Powered Performance, Inc., Arthur Andersen LLP, Ernst & Young and Accenture. In his current role at Abbott Laboratories, Dr. Senbetta serves as the Director of Training and Compliance where he leads the global ethics and compliance training programs and provides performance consulting services.
Dr. Senbetta’s passion and expertise is in creating pioneering technology-enabled methods and tools to accelerate learning through knowledge management, learning and talent development solutions.
Dr. Senbetta is a pragmatic problem solver and a creative innovator with a passion to apply the skills and experiences he has acquired to develop and implement practical knowledge management and performance improvement solutions. His interest and reputation is to enable organizations develop their people capabilities focusing on delivering measurable results to meet targeted goals.
